A Note to Parents

Low to Flow is a 14-day email programme designed to be simple, short, and effective.
 

One email a day + a short video with Addy, our course presenter, walking you through the four practices, simple, clear, and doable.

Addy’s Role

While the framework stems from my years of work with young people, the programme is delivered by Addy, an 18-year-old.


Addy knows exactly what it feels like to be under pressure, to feel flat, to wonder why life feels heavier than it should. She’s walked it herself — and now she’s sharing these tools in a way that feels like talking to a friend.
