Our aim is 100% Customer Satisfaction. We undertake to send your products to you in perfect condition. This Policy covers the instances in which we will refund. Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer.
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, or at your earliest opportunity.
We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and/or providing photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will then send out a replacement at no extra cost. If no replacement is available, we will discuss the matter with you and arrange a satisfactory outcome.
In the event that we cannot replace an item that has been received damaged, we will discuss the matter with you as new stock may be arriving. If your preference is for a refund, we will refund the purchase cost upon the return of the damaged goods.
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days of notification of the damage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
