Why I Created Frost to Fire
After working with more than 9,000 clients, I failed to see the signs in myself. I kept calling it stress, then burnout — until I realised it was freeze.
What I observed in myself — and in thousands of others — is that single fixes don’t work. Pills, pep talks, and even vagus nerve hacks only scratch the surface. To thaw what is frozen, we need to restore flow across all four levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
