2. Product Authenticity
We import Pure Alcohol Free Essential Oil Products from our manufacturing suppliers in India and Carrier oils from Certified Importers. We take great care in ensuring that the products we offer are of the highest quality. Where products are Certified Organic this is clearly stated and varies across products in our range.
3. Orders and Payments
You can place orders for all of our products through our website.
We accept payment through Bank Deposit, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollar
4. Shipping
We ship within New Zealand only. Shipping costs will be specified at checkout and are subject to change.
As at 7th January 2024 our shipping rates are
NZ Urban Address Tracked via Courier - $9.50
NZ Rural Address Tracked via Courier - $11.00
Please allow 2-3 Business days for Urban Delivery and 4-5 Business days for Rural Delivery.
All items are dispatched the same day or the next Business day.
Shipping is available to Private Bags and PO Boxes.
5. Returns and Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
Damaged items are replaced at no extra cost. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of PENNY GREEN LIMITED and may not be used without our permission.
