You do not need to know exactly what sort of session you need before you book. You may be dealing with something happening now, a pattern that keeps repeating, a change you cannot quite make sense of, or simply the feeling that something needs to shift.
We begin with what is presenting and follow it to what is actually sitting underneath it.
Depending on what you need, our time together may include intuitive counselling, energy healing or a combination of both. My work is never one-size-fits-all; the session takes shape around you and what will be most useful. If you are unsure where to begin, choose an Intuitive Counselling session. We begin by reading what is truly happening beneath the surface, then work through the energetic blocks, stored emotional charge and beliefs that have continued to shape your life. From there, we uncover where you genuinely want to go and work together to make that change part of the life you actually live.
It brings together deep clearing, intuitive insight and practical direction, with ongoing support from me throughout the twelve weeks.
